You must be at least 18 years of age to use Khoj Jobs AI. By creating an account or accessing the platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have full legal capacity to enter into these binding Terms.

2. Account Registration & Security

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your profile updated. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

• You may not post fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive job listings or candidate profiles
• You may not scrape, crawl, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract source data or model parameters
• You may not harass, threaten, discriminate against, or exploit any candidates or employers
• You may not misrepresent your identity, certifications, government ID, or company affiliation
• You may not use the platform for any purpose other than lawful recruitment or job searching

4. Credits, Payments & Invoicing

Employers purchase credits to unlock candidate contact details, publish priority job listings, and conduct AI automated voice interviews. All payments are securely handled through authorized gateways (Razorpay). Credits are non-transferable and subject to our Refund Policy.

5. AI Services & Automated Screening

Khoj Jobs uses artificial intelligence for candidate matching, automated profile building, and voice screening interviews. While we engineer these tools for high accuracy and neutrality, AI scores and match percentages are advisory tools. Employers remain entirely responsible for independent verification and compliant hiring practices.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, visual design, trademarks, algorithms, and content on the Khoj Jobs platform are the intellectual property of Quick Genie Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and its licensors. You retain ownership of personal resumes submitted, granting us a worldwide license to host, display, and process your materials for recruitment purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Khoj Jobs serves as an AI-powered marketplace connecting job seekers and employers. We do not guarantee employment, candidate reliability, or job offer terms. Quick Genie Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from user interactions or platform downtime.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, post misleading listings, or engage in abusive conduct. You may close your account at any time via settings.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
