1. Credit Purchases

Credits purchased on Khoj Jobs are digital tokens utilized to perform specific actions across the platform, including unlocking candidate profiles, publishing premium job listings, and initiating AI automated voice screening. All credit transactions are processed through authorized payment gateways (Razorpay).

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds or credit restorations may be granted under the following circumstances:

• Platform Technical Failure: If a credited action (profile unlock, AI interview) fails to execute due to server errors and credits were deducted.
• Duplicate Charges: If you are accidentally charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a gateway hiccup.
• Unauthorized Transactions: Validated fraudulent or unauthorized payments reported promptly to our billing desk.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

• Credits that have already been consumed (e.g., candidate unlocked, job published, interview completed)
• Expired credits (credits carry a standard validity of 12 months from purchase date)
• Voluntary change of mind following payment confirmation
• Account termination or suspension arising from violation of our Terms of Service

4. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please follow these steps:

1. Email billing@khojjobs.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Company/Account Name]".
2. Provide your registered email address, transaction reference ID, payment date, and clear details of the issue.
3. Our finance team will evaluate your ticket within 3–5 business days.
4. Once approved, refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days per standard banking processing cycles.

5. Credit Adjustments

In lieu of direct monetary reversal, Khoj Jobs AI may issue replacement credits or complimentary service boosts for verified candidate unavailability or minor technical disruptions. Promotional credits are non-cashable and non-transferable.
